How Do I Ensure I Order the Correct Size?

We know that shopping without being able to try on your items is challenging (but not impossible!) And due to the fact that our clothing comes from many different independent designers, each item can vary in sizing, presenting a further challenge.

But we are really great at what we do...and we want you to be thrilled with your purchases from La Te Da! So, we do our best to offer sizing photos and details in each item description that will help you make the best choices for you.

You will see words or phrases in some of our item descriptions such as "fits true to size", "roomy", "flowy", "generous", "size down if you are between sizes", "form flattering", or "size up for a roomier fit." Pay attention to these instructions as they are the best way you will find your best fit.

Of note: If we say an item "runs true to size", then the size ranges are as follows:

Small (0-4); Medium (6-8); Large (10-12); Extra Large (14-16); 1X (18); 2X (20-22); 3X (24-26)

Can I use more than one coupon code per order?

Sadly, no, you cannot. Due to the fact that our current system is only capable of recognizing one code at a time, multiple codes cannot be combined on a single purchase. Also, if you forget to put in a coupon code, we cannot fix it after the order is placed.

What does final sale mean?

If you've selected merchandise that has "Final Sale" noted somewhere in the product description (all items marked with SALE or sold from the sale section of our website are final sale), this is our official warning that once purchased, the item(s) in question cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Can I change or cancel my order after it is submitted?

We are sorry, but unfortunately not. Once orders have been electronically confirmed in our system, it is impossible to modify them, so please double check the contents of your shopping cart for accuracy prior to completing your purchase.
