We offer $7 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the U.S. via USPS First Class Parcel (with tracking and shipping confirmation). Your order will ship within 1-3 business days of placement. You will receive your package within 2-5 days of shipping (excluding Sundays and holidays). 

We also offer Priority shipping for $8-20 (depending on box size), which includes tracking and insurance up to $50. Your order will be shipped within 2 business days and will arrive within 2-3 days of shipping. 

Additionally, you may pick up your order in person; just choose local pickup as the shipping method or call or email us to let us know.  

If you would like to purchase additional insurance or to request a different shipping option, please contact us before placing your order.

Good To Know:

Purchases over $300 must be shipped to the billing address.  If you place an order in which the amount is over $300 and your billing & shipping address do not match, you will be contacted to resolve the issue before we ship your purchase.

We are not responsible for delays caused from incorrect addresses, so please make sure yours is correct at checkout. All items returned to us due to delivery failure will be processed like a return: A gift card will be issued in the amount of your purchase (minus the cost of shipping) and we will restock your items. You may then choose to repurchase your items, but we do not guarantee availability and new shipping charges will apply.

We are not responsible for packages that are tampered with, lost, or stolen. 

If Your Package Is Lost:

Please allow 1–4 days for the tracking information to show. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery after that time, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. If your package still has not arrived after 15 days, you may file a claim with USPS here or call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Press 6 and then 4 for Customer Service.

NOTE: We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
